Not going to lie to you guys, all those posts about being super productive during isolation..? That ain't me so far 🙈 (Shae's been killing it with working out and her regular mom duties! 🙏) I haven't worked out in a week, I haven't done much blog work in a week, I haven't painted much in a week etc.

I was essentially knocked off my routine and it's taken me a bit to find my way back to it, but that doesn't mean we can't start now! For those struggling a little more with their day to day in this new 'routine', I feel you! All you can do is STAY POSITIVE & DO YOUR BEST! 🤍💛💜

Going to consciously refer to physical distancing as opposed to social distancing.

It may seem like a nuanced difference, but words matter.
Now more than ever we, as individuals and a society, must remain close and to support each other through times such as this.
Being a new mom on maternity leave I know quite well the feeling of isolation. Even though we should be distancing ourselves, I don't ever want someone feeling isolated. If you ever do experience the feeling of isolation, please never hesitate to reach out to us, because we really are all in this together!

Day 1 of physical distancing: making sure to keep active and keep the immune system boosted, all whilst cuddling the children 👌 .
